I had been previously buying their cheaper version with the higher placed horizontal pouch opening. I loved them, but this version does an even better job of keeping my balls forward, so I don't sit on them. For a few extra dollars a pair, you might as well give your boys the best ride through the day.

I am a working man. I need to keep my balls in the right place. BKIEO works for me. They are not snug like a jockstrap. But, the forward positioning is more important than snugness.

Tencel fibers are known to be the best for testicle health. And for the circumcised man, Tencel is the most gentle on the exposed glans, protecting it from keratinizing (getting callous and losing feeling).
