I bought these for the separate pouch in front and the material being closer to a cotton feel than spandex. They feel amazing! I love the easy access of the horizontal fly too. I wear 32" jeans so I bought mediums and they fit great. I'm 5'8" and 185lbs for reference.

They're comfortable, they sit correctly with my pants, the waistband doesn't flip, and I love the top fly. The only thing that would make these better is if they were all cotton.
